    Clinical studies

Derma probiotic has been clinically and dermatologically tested at an Italian university clinic. The dermatological test was conducted on 120 patients with acne and acne vulgaris, and you can see the remarkable results below. Clinical tests have established the high inhibitory potential of Derma Probiotic against the pathogen C. acnes, responsible for pimples and acne-related inflammation.

    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How soon after starting Derma Probiotic can I expect results?

Derm Probiotic works gradually, and results depend on the severity of the condition, but are typically seen within 2 to 3 months. Derma Probiotic adds beneficial bacteria to the gut flora—bacteria that naturally live in our intestines and are responsible for controlling the growth of the pathogen C. acnes. When there aren’t enough of these good bacteria, the pathogen grows unchecked and causes breakouts and inflammation.

Can I take Derma Probiotic for longer than three months? Do I need to take breaks between courses?

The recommended duration of use for Derma Probiotic is  3 months, with 1 month rest after that. With this protocol you can continue the intake as long as needed.

After restoring my skin, do I need to take Derma probiotic as a preventive measure?

Yes, we recommend a 2-month intake in autumn and spring, when the body's immunity drops and needs stimulation.

Is Derma Probiotic safe for children and teenagers? How is its efficacy proven?

Yes, Derma Probiotic has been clinically tested on patients with acne vulgaris across various age groups and is safe. Its efficacy has been proven in over 120 patients taking 1 capsule daily for 3 months. The results were recorded through regular monitoring of patients by dermatologists.

What is the difference between Derma Probiotic and so-called postbiotics for acne?

Derma probiotic targets the root cause, while postbiotics address the symptoms. It restores intestinal balance, thereby boosting the body’s natural immunity, and after treatment is completed, the body successfully controls the growth of pathogens. Postbiotics only address the symptoms, but the underlying issue remains unresolved, and the skin condition recurs.

Does Snowborn offer postbiotic treatments as well?

Yes, all Snowborn cosmetic products for acne, rosacea, and dermatitis contain bioactive ingredients, postbiotics, and prebiotics. They successfully eliminate the symptoms of these conditions. Combined with Derma Probiotic treatments, they achieve healthy skin and strong skin immunity with lasting results.

What is the origin of Derma Probiotic?

Derma Probiotic is developed in Italy by one of the largest biotechnology companies in Europe. It is then packaged under the Snowborn label.

I'm very happy with it—it helped both of my sons with their acne. My younger son, who is 14, is still taking it, and his face is clear.

I’m very satisfied; I’ve been using it for several years, with occasional breaks, and it definitely works very well in combination with SnowBorn’s creams. So far, I haven’t come across any products that work this well for me, and I’ve been trying to deal with skin problems—cystic acne, redness, etc.—for years. Ever since I’ve been using SnowBorn products, I’ve been looking and feeling great—thank you! My favorites are this probiotic and the Redness Recovery and Back to Balance creams.

I’ve had rosacea for years and have tried various medical products, including antibiotics. I read about SNOWBORN online while trying to treat it on my own. I’ve been taking the probiotic and applying PROBIO REDNESS RECOVERY for a month now, and the results are amazing. Thank you so much—I highly recommend it! I’m really looking forward to buying the rest of the products in the line.

Hello, I’ve finished my second package of the probiotic, and when used in combination with the moisturizing cream and the “Restore to Defense” skin-repairing cream, I’ve seen amazing results—my skin hasn’t looked like this in a long time ❤️ I’d like to ask what the maximum duration is for taking the probiotic, since after two months of use, I’m planning to take a break for about a month (and I hope my skin issues don’t return during that time). Can I start taking the probiotic again in a month? If so, what’s the optimal duration for taking it?

Hello! :) We’re glad you already have healthy and beautiful skin! Yes, you can continue taking Derma Probiotic right after finishing the second package or after taking a break. It has no adverse health effects. We also recommend incorporating the 100% natural cleansing gel and micellar water into your routine. This will ensure the treatment is as effective as possible!

A very good product. I saw excellent results in just one month. I've had rosacea for years, which is hard for me to control. I'll definitely try the other products as well.
