Atopy Probiotic has been clinically tested on patients with atopic dermatitis and eczema under the supervision of dermatologists. The studies were conducted at an Italian university clinic. During the tests, a progressive decrease in activated lymphocytes was observed, indicating that the immunity is activated. In adults, the SCORAD index for atopic dermatitis was reduced from 46.25 to 22.63 over 3 months, and in infants and children from 36.32 to 22.39 over 5 weeks.
